Versailles by Vieras Hotel

I think this hotel is one of the hotels that really gives you the feeling that you are in Dubai. The real Dubai. With it's hospitality , charm, services, and attention to details. Before I got out of my taxi - cab I was greeted by a wonderful staff lady and escorted to the reception with a big smile and great attitude. My luggage was taken care of so fast I was amazed. I wish I can remember her name. Thanks staff lady at the front door. :) The hospitality and the charm and the excellent attitude by everyone there became clear to me throughout this wonderful establishment from the check-in to my check-out. You see the smiles everywhere you go and the efficiency in their everyday work. the attention to details was amazing. This is indicative of a hard working staff together with an outstanding management . I want to extend my many thanks and appreciation to my friend Santosh Shrestha / housekeeping at the fourth floor for his hospitality and everything he has done to make my stay more comfortable and memorable. He always made sure that I got everything I need and he always attentive and quick , with a smile. I wish him and all the others all the best and Godspeed.

It was an enjoyable stay in this hotel, it was very affordable with Parking. Breakfast is average.

My room and that it had a bath. Delightful little touches and attention-to-details. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. Good food in the restaurant,

My standard number was upgraded to a suite one because of low season that was pleasant! There was good air conditioning. It was quite silent during the night.
